Featured Client Work: Simpson Healthcare
As part of a multi-contractor team, Luckett & Liles assisted Simpson Healthcare, a certified B Corp, in assessing organizational strengths and weaknesses to improve employee retention. The assessment consisted of four key activities: 1) an internal document review, 2) an employee survey, 3) culture brainstorm sessions, and 4) a review of best practices and industry literature. As experts in organizational culture, communications, and analysis, our primary role was to design and distribute the employee survey, ensuring it met Simpson’s unique needs. We also drafted an employee engagement plan that detailed objectives, key themes, and a communications cadence to keep staff informed and involved. In the end, our efforts yielded a survey response rate of 77%, nearly 50 insights, and 12 targeted recommendations for leadership’s consideration.
